At Patent Karon, our company fully ensures that all the services that you avail from us are delivered within the stipulated time as well as up to your complete satisfaction. If somehow you are not satisfied or you have any complaints about our services, then please contact our customer support team. Our experts will be correcting the situation, providing you the refund or offering you the credit wherever it holds applicability, is right and can be utilized for future orders.

The client’s subscription will automatically be renewed toward the end of the subscription period. You may carry out the cancellation of the subscription at any time by writing us an email at contact@legalrasta.com or through the decline of invoice payment.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy holds applicability for its non-delivery of the services/ critical of the problems in terms of quality/timeliness. However, no refund will be initiated from our side for the work being delivered within the stipulated timelines, in accordance with the pre-decided standards of quality as well as service. Also, we will not be able to initiate refunds for the work that has already been started/ or is in progress. The reason for this is that our organization has already spent resources as well as man hours in the work. No return can be initiated for any money that has been paid to the Governmental authorities for example filing fees/ taxes or for the purpose of the third parties being involved in the order processing.

Refund Request

The clients can provide requests for refunds by writing us an email. Our team will be processing your request within the duration of 3 weeks of the receipt of all the needed information for the processing of the refund amount. The information for the refund request should include your project details, refund reason as well and the baking details for processing your request.

Cancellation Fee

Since our organization spends money, manpower, and resources as well as efforts for rendering you the service or preparation of the documentation, we provide a guarantee for the coverage of the satisfaction issues you are having & are caused by the Patent Karon. If you want our organization to hold your service processing, then we will be holding the fee paid through your account, unless & until you decide to commence your service.
